KIM'S BISCUITS
PREFACE



The report shows that why the sale of kim’s biscuits have drastically been decreased and also throws light on the gapes on the part of company’s policies, company customer’s relationship, majors areas of regional and distribution channels of company marketing network. When we will take the written message of this report we will find out that what areas which need deep care by the focus group of Kim’s company. In this report we are equipped by the analytical data captured through major linked are ked areas a kims.
We will know that there is variety of reasons in declining trend of Kims biscuit sale. These may include, among others, company structure, and customer’s behaviors about product, company, environmental factors, worker pool, and the increased in the cost of functional areas.
Overall performance of the company always   is effected bye the Authoritative Policies and we will be known that this fact is also aroused in this case. Authority Centralization/ Decentralization is a major variable of the problem of the research done. 

This study is applied and as well as basic in its nature and provides a framework for further research into economic impacts of over all company’s problem in sales & Findings from this study could be helpful and for further efficient management policies.

This was a project given us by our honorable Professor ‘Mr. Sadiq.  So the major aim of it is to complete semester’s practical research.  The research took place from March to the mid of May 2005.This in will be very beneficial for the Kim’s Management and other student of business research. We have surveyed the field of TPS, MIS, SFS, RNSS, CCS, IBS, RS, PS, BS, RRS, CRMS, QCS, PDS, and over all company history and structure.
