Part (2)
LITERATURE REVIEW

HISTORY

The history of the kims company is very interesting. A man whose name was MR.INHAM working in SWISS CO as front line Marketing Manager in Lahore. Due to unknown reason he left out the “SWISS” and came to HATTAR just with the establishment of “SILVER LAKE” along with some SWISS active staff members because he worked for his own reputation in SWISS so due his absence from the post of MM that company was so badly harmed & disappeared.

SILVER LAKE started the work with brand name of “KIMS” so recognized as  “KIMS Co” Mr Inam contacted the sles force of Swiss and they were unemployed till then. So he faced no difficulty to set up the sales network, a tough job for the company.

Kim’s company started its business with flying colours. Mr.Inam and another man Mr. Sheerazi earned lot much goodwill for the Kims Company.

History once again revised it self and Mr.Inam left the Kims Company along with some responsible, well-equipped staff personals at once.

Due to the lot of dependence on one person, company failed to fulfill the demands after the departure of Mr.Inam. Mr.Sheerazi tried his best to take the responsibility but cannot do it completely. So due to the departure of Mr. Inham and other trained staff KlMS lost its goodwill just due to the weak Distribution Network, and no innovation as well. After three years, last weak new area Manager visited the assigned area (Mansehra) established distribution network from the gross root level and gave attractive packages to distributors.
