Purpose of Study

The purpose of the study is to investigate the reason(s) of decrease in the sale of kims biscuits. Our   study boundary is not only restricted we chosen the DEDUCTIVE for selection of problem area and we therefore chosen ‘INDUCTIVE’ method to find out the reason/factors (variables) of the problem. So the aim is broad and deep toward discovering the cause and affects of the declining trend in sale of kims company sales.

METHODOLOGY

We have conducted the Individual, structured and Semi structured interviews from the employees working in the university and those employees who had worked in the university for last few years. We have also conducted the interviews with the help of open and closed ended questions in form of questioners from the current as well as from the previous employees. Those interviewed were key individuals who had suffered with such system and who are suffering from the daily wage and pre conditioned TTS. We have collected approximately 50 questioners and conducted at least 10 direct interviews by taking appointment.
