CONCLUSION
All the organization should have some strong and weak points which affect the organization very much. After analyzing the strong and weak point of Hamdard Lab. We had concluded finally that the organization is going to remove all the weak points, which affect the organization achievement.
The organization trying to improve the status by improving the produced quality more impressive The Company is also awarded by international organization “WHO” it also strives for ISO 1705 certificate too. The organization play important role in the development of the country by establishing the educational institutes such as Hamdard University, which play key role in the educational development of Pakistani students.
The product of Hamdard covers about 65% of market share. The “Rooh Afza” (Mashrub-e-Mushriq) Sharbat is the main developing product of the Hamdard that the qualities attributed to it were mainly medical. At lost of the Hamdard Lab. Improve all the marketing strategies can achieve the objective perfectly.
