INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECTS

Our project is mainly concerned with United Bank Limited Mansehra branch the United Bank Limited is private sector bank of Pakistan and doing a good business of banking in Pakistan. Our project mainly concerned with why advances loans are not taking place in the united bank limited in Mansehra branch. In united bank limited about 60% of total deposit should be take place according to the official.but in the Mansehra branch there is problem facing by the united bank limited in advances loan. There are about 52 karore deposit are in this branch but only 12 karore are used in advances loan, it mean that only 23% of total are used in advances loan that is very small amount as compared to 60% of total deposits.that is problem that united Bank limited Mansehra branch are facing currently.
