Ø The file system of the board is very slow which effect decision making process sometimes very important decisions take to much time due to slow file system. For making quick and effective decisions the board need decision support systems.
Ø The board lake expert system which should be developed after overcoming the other shortcoming in Management Information System.
Ø For making communication more accessible the board should provide the internet facility in every office of the board.
Ø The local exchange for voice mail should be upgraded and the number of employees in the exchange should be increased.
