Personal observation
It was very curious and excepting miserable conditions of children in the target workshops at Shubba, Nothia and Tehkal, mechanical workshops, in the Peshawar city. But I was very fabulous when I met them in the workshop in Shubba during working hours. All of them were dressed in dirty, black spotted clothes. They were enjoying their funny and amusing environment, they were very much busy in their work and they were looking just like bees insect. When they saw me they become active and thinking that who am I and what I want from them. I met their (Usthazz) named Taji Usthazz he was a tall person with half white beard and was smoking red and white. He welcome me and ask what is your problem, I told him about my task, he permitted me and I have chooses children from his workshop. Similarly I met 5 child form each workshop in Nothia and Tehkal. While asking questions from each child. I have observed their way of talking to me, their face expression, their movement, their emotions and their commitment with their works, their simplicity which highly wonder me and their shyness which was amusing and unique and what not. The main features which I have observed, that I want to be the wring of my personal observation, these are:-
¨ The children were optimistic.
¨ They were highly active and determined.
¨ They were very respective.
¨ They were responsible.
¨ They were work minded.
¨ They were regular.
¨ Most to them were literate (2 to 4 class level).
¨ Most of them were 6 to 14 year olds.
¨ Their bosses were co-operative.
¨ Their colleagues were co-operative and friendly.
¨ They were mostly belong to poor families.
¨ Most of their father were alive.
