3. People Perception About UBL:-

                                                                            These information are collected by interview that though unstructured interview to people why they not taking loan from UBL.there are may replies from people but more important are related to

a.    Interest rate

b.    Mortgage rate

c.     The  amount of loan that UBL offer in the Mansehra region

 They tell us that interest rate of UBL is high,

And security deposit conditions are also very high so due to these two reason people are not taking loan from UBL.

Secondly amount of loan that a UBL offer is very high so, people do not need such a huge amount so people dose not take loan from the UBL
