Field study

We study the specific problem in in practical or natural environment and we see that there is relationship exit between rate of interest and advances loan and there is relationship exist between mortgage rate and advances loan.

Experimental design

                                                The setting, which shows the interest and external validity of a research, is called research design. In we see the affects of an independent variable on the dependent variable we create the different level of the independent variable and the see what will happen with dependent variable.

Commonly the interest rate from UBL official is 16.50% now we decrease this level and then see its affect on the dependent variable advances loan.

First of all we suppose that interest rate is 12.50% then we will see that more people will take loan from the UBL because of reduction in interest rate.

Then we decrease it upto 10.50 then we will see its possible affects on the advance loan

                                    We decrease the interest rate upto 6.50% and then observed its possible affects on the advances loan.

From the setting we observed that when we create interest rate 6.50 % then more loaning take places

                                    Secondly mortgage rate for the taking advances from the UBL is that is  you want to take a loan of  10,000 then  you have to deposit security of 15,000(mortgage rate),so if we decrease this amount the it will positive impact on the advances loan.that people will take more loan from the UBL.
