DEDICATION
This report is dedicated to my parents who took initiative and did grim struggle for my education and always stress into me to utilize my potentials for serving the humanity.
PREFACE
Internship reports provides an opportunity to the students for the analytical as well as theoretical observation about public and private organizations for their running routine operations, and their normal practices and procedures and enable the students to get experience and exposure of the practical organizational working environment. Training plays a vital part in the development and enhancement of the people’s managerial skills.. Every organization is seeking the capable & efficient administrators, who are trained and skillful.
Two months is not probably enough to understand the organizational operations. But still it was a great experience to have a feel of the practical world and keeping in view the limitations of the study, this seems a reasonable attempt. Internship in AFAQ of Pakistan was a true learning experience for me. I have exclusively studied and observed the organizational structure, Training and marketing department and customer services.
I am really very much thankful to the AFAQ staff, especially the worthy Regional manager Mr.Amir Zeb Asst manager Dr .Rahim Khan.

Beginning with the name of Allah the most merciful. Before coming to the internship report I would like to mention these peoples with my cordial thank and highly expression of gratitude to them.
First of all I mentioned my parent’s effort who indeed take no efforts in my through out education and make provision of all necessities and support. The real credit of my study goes to my Father especially because he was very much worried about my education and had a burning desire that I would be on the peak of my educational aspiration for that purpose he did all what he could do, it would be rightly to say my education is indebted to my Father’s efforts. May Allah! Bless him, Aamin. Similarly I also appreciate to my friend Shayaz Khan also provides me his all kind of support, help & cooperation. In addition to them I am highly grateful to my respectable teacher Sir Majid lecturer dept of Management Sciences in Hazara University Mansehra,
