ORGANIZTIONAL DEPARTMENT

3.1 Training Deportment

AFAQ's Training Division is comprised of highly committed, vastly experienced and well-trained professionals working to provide effective teacher trainings to increase standards of teaching. AFAQ's Training Division has also acquired the services of notable, well-reputed educationists and trainers to develop and implement effective training programs and training materials. AFAQ's Training Division has been working since 2001, during its tenure of services it has successfully created and implemented a vast array of training programs and has successfully trained more than 2000 teachers countrywide.
Currently, AFAQ's Training Division is offering its services at provincial level from three well-located positions Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar. AFAQ's Training Division is working wih 249 specifically trained "Master Trainers" and offering its services in the remotest areas of Pakistan. Yet it is not the end of it, AFAQ's Training Division is planning to expand its operations from provincial level to district level with even more advanced and effective training programs to cater the increasing need of training for Teachers, School Management, Educationists, and even Parents. AFAQ's Training Division, because of its presence in the remotest areas can its services to public sector school to fulfill the training gap present in public sector school.
 3.2 Research Department
AFAQ, from the very first day of its existence is striving to uplift quality of education in Pakistan. AFAQ's Research Division is established with this very view, to help AFAQ in identifying the needy area and to find out loopholes in quality of education. AFAQ's Research Division is a team of very competent, energetic, and committed professionals. AFAQ's Research Division is responsible for developing a comprehensive curriculum that must incorporate knowledge with Islamic Ideology.
At present, AFAQ's curriculum is being taught in thousands of schools countrywide. On the other hand, AFAQ's Research Division is reviewing the curriculum to improve its standard as well as a committee has been formed which is responsible to create a more comprehensive and effective curriculum to meet the challenges of the dynamic world of knowledge and education
3.3 Marketing Department
AFAQ has established marketing and sales Division To create awareness about AFAQ, to communicate its message and knowledge about its services. AFAQ's Marketing and Sales Division is also responsible for easy availability of AFAQ's books to the students near to their doorstep. AFAQ's Marketing and Sales Division is working as eyes and eyes for AFAQ by analyzing the latest market needs & trends.
AFAQ's Marketing and Sales Division has established a network of more than 50 dealers countrywide for easy availability of the books. These dealers ensure the availability of books at your doorstep. AFAQ has established a marketing department at Lahore with its regional offices at Karachi, and Peshawar. A team of dynamic personnel mostly MBA's is developed to work in the field, to create awareness about AFAQ, and about its unique services.
Marketing personnel will cover the whole Pakistan and facilitate schools owners to get benefits from AFAQ's unique Teachers Training programs, guidance and counseling, and provide sample of books as and when required



3.4 DELEAR NETWORK
AFAQ marketining and sales department has established a network of its dealer throughout Pakistan to ensure the availability of AFAQ text books. address of this dealers are given to schools so that can easily buy books from those authorized dealers with out any doubt of buying pirated books .to mention its dealer networks AFAQ marketing and sales division arranges deferent programs for its dealers as well eg a dealer’s convention of Pakistan was held in Lahore for informing them about AFAQ ,s current activities and services offered . this also intends to develops in them the spirit to work for a mission as well as  to offer dealership to other interested candidates and thus a number pf persons presented proposal to the marketing G.M for selecting them as AFAQ book dealer which were selected on bases of already set criteria. in order to ensure availability for AFAQ books growing demand in the market ,we keep on expanding dealers and sub dealers networks throughout the country , and publicise there addresses through media for the awareness of schools and the students.

3.6 MASTER TRAINING DIVISION
AFAQ Training Division train master trainers for the Programs / Diplomas offered by AFAQ. These Trained Individuals are known as "Master Trainers" and are responsible to execute training programs in their respective localities. The participants after attending 15 days rigorous training becomes "Master Trainers". Each Master Trainer then conducts one-year diploma program for 30 participants of the program he/she has been trained.
Till today, AFAQ's Training division has trained 8 batches of 250 master Trainers for DTE only. A batch of 30 master trainers (on average) means training to 840 teachers and quality education to approximately 15,000 students.

This diploma program is designed to address the problems faced by school management to run their schools effectively and efficiently. The 1st batch of "Master Trainers" for DSM will undergo training from September 9, 2004 at AFAQ Head Office, Lahore. Soon, like other programs, "DSM Master Trainers" will start the training sessions of this diploma program for Principals and Vice-principals in their respective localities.
