TRAINING PROGRAME
5.1 Introduction:
DIFINITION: Training refers to planed efforts by a company to facilitate employees learning of job related competencies.
5.2 TRAINIG METHODOLIGY:
5.2.1 TRADITIONAL TRAINING METHOD:
Traditional training those that do not involve technology to deliver lesson.
5.2.1.1 PRESENTATION METHOD
Presentation methods are method in trainees’ passive recipients of information.
i. Lecture method involve trainer communicating through spoken words what they want the trainees to learn. The communication of learned capabilities is primarily one way from the trainer to the audience.
ii. Audiovisual techniques
It includes overheads , slides and video.
5.2.1.2 Hand _on Method
Are training method that required the trainee to be actively involved in learning.
i. On the job training
Refer to new or inexperience employees learning through observing peers or managers performing the job and trying to imitate their behavior.
ii. Simulation
A training method that represent a real life situation , with trainees, decision resulting in out comes that mirror what would happen if they were on job.
iii. Case study
It is a description about how employees or on organization dealt with a difficult situation.
iv. Business games
Business games requires trainer together information regarding it , and make decision.
v. Role play
Role play have trainee act out character assigned to them . information regarding the situation is provided to trainee.
vi. Behavior modeling
Behavior modeling trainees with a model who demonstrates key behavior to relocate and provides trainee with the opportunity to practice the key behavior
5.2.1.3 Group Building Method.
Group building method are training designed to improve team or group effectiveness.
I. Adventure learning:
Adventure learning focuses on the development of a team work on leadership skills through structure out door activities.
II. Team training:
Team training quadrants the performance of an individuals who works together to achieve a common goal.
III. Action learning :
Action learning gives team or work group an actual problem, has them work on solving it and committing to an action plan, and then holds them accountable for carrying out the plan.

a) Introduction to DSM
AFAQ's Training Division announces a comprehensive diploma program, DSM Diploma in School Management of 30 Courses, and 240 Credit Hours. The idea of diploma is finalized after a thorough analysis of the problems faced by School Managements in running their Institutes efficiently & effectively. An NCO from the school management in case the participant is not a principal.
