RECOMMENDATION
Strategy and implementation summary Internet is the most fast growing business in Pakistan , and data requirement is also increasing tremendously as Public and private sector are switching to computerization and to online systems. For instance State Bank had a ruling that Bank banks had to come online at the end the financial year2006-2007. Further more many Government organizations become on line at the end of year 2007. In addition e-commerce has been the key of business in the develop countries so the same procedure is being followed by the third world countries and the developing countries. As per journal report every thing will be either computerized or become on line at the end of this decade.
The medium and small business are growing market segment in Pakistan .there are 60% of small business and they are growing at 10% per year’s. communication is spreading through net most of these offices .there are also part time offices .which are using internet services and which can be capture by Paknet.
VALUE PROPOSITION
Our value proposition has to be different from the other ISP, we offer our target customer, who is service seeking not self reliant .when a customer pay for any product of Paknet the value of Paknet services will be in his mind. He is assuring that he will get value against his paying.
MARKETING STRATEGY
The Marketing strategy is core of the main strategy.
· Emphasize services and supports
· Build a relationship business with dealer and customer
· Focus on small business
· Focus on Advertising
PRICING STRATEGY
Currently Pricing strategy is according to profile of customer .No Fix price for DSL customer .its varies due to some factors, including company ,there way of payments, nature of organization, and also some technical factor are there.
Our prices should be according to the market because market can not bear the high prices and the buyers reject this when they see the same product priced lower offer by the other ISP’s. but if we provide good services and support to our customer we can charge high prices despite the above mention facts.
· Increase the Market Budget
The company should increase the advertising and marketing budget, because without marketing nobody knows your product and services.
- Reward system
The reward system should be adopted. The reward in form of bonuses or prizes should be implemented in the company. This system will motivate the employees and they will work more efficiently and dedications.
- Centralized Database
The centralized database system should be implemented. So every department will get the relevant report with this system.
The following suggestions should be adopted in the company for improvements.
- Employee Involvement program
Employee involvement program should be adopted, so the each employee can give their suggestions and feel proud himself.
- Good Pricing Strategies
The company should adopt the pricing strategies in such a way that people will attract and compelled to buy the company’s product and services.
- Handsome Salary Package
The handsome an attractive salary packages give to employees so it will motivate them and they will work with more dedication.
- Frequent Customer Survey
The frequent customer survey should be conducted. this will give the information that what customer demanding from the company and or they satisfied with the current services of company.
- Accountability
The accountability system should be implemented. If the loss occurred due to the negligence of the employee he should be punished.
- Distributors/Supplier
The distributor and supplier are considered as the partner of the business. So the company should give the importance to their distributors and supplier. The company should make the timely payment to the supplier and distributors, so they supply the equipment and other materials in time.
