                                                     PREFACE

This report is s golden opportunity to exercise my theoretical knowledge in a real lie-working environment.

Being a student of M. Phil (Management), it is necessary for me to spend most of my time in research. In this way I can learn practically how to conduct valuable information. There is a lot of difference between theory and practical but the best chance to visualize the difference.

Every research work needs the guidance of qualified, efficient, and co-operative persons because without their guidance assistance of such people, students will not be able to complete their projects.

I would like to acknowledge with deepest gratitude the help and co-operation extended to me by my respectable teacher and supervisor Mr.Kaleem Saifullah.
