Management Style:


There are two Management Styles mainly adapted;
  • Centralized or Vertical Style of Management
  • Decentralized or Horizontal Style of Management

At branch level


At Branch Level in Bank Alfalah Decentralized or Horizontal Style of Management is adapted.

At Executives Level


At executive’s level in Bank Alfalah, the Centralized or Vertical Style of Management is adapted.
Branch Network
Bank Alfalah’s objective has been to expend its branch network to meet its clients needs. The bank is well positioned and geographically poised, to cater for increased business demands, from its existing and potential clients.
There are 72 Branches of Bank Alfalah Limited in 30 different cities of Pakistan, with the registered office at B.A.Building, I.I.Chundrigar, Karachi.. Islamic Banking Division is a recent initiative which operates as a separate branch. It offers shariah complaint products through a network of 6 branches, which will increase to 50 by the year 2007.
 

Credit rating:

The Bank Alfalah Limited's long term rating increased to AA in the long term and A1+ in the short term. These ratings have been assigned by PACRA, Pakistan's leading rating agency. These ratings denote better risk absorption capacity stemming from enhanced equity as well as well maintained credit portfolio.

Rating Definitions

A1+:

Obligations supported by the highest capacity for timely repayment.  

AA – VERY HIGH CREDIT QUALITY:

‘AA’ ratings denote a very low expectation of credit risk. The capacity for timely payment of financial commitments. This capacity is not significantly vulnerable to foreseeable events.
