Automation of PESCO (Chapter-4)

4.1    Out Put Design:

Output design plays very important role in the design of a new system. If the inputs are inadequate in any respect, it reveals that the necessary that all the outputs should be in user’s requirements. During the designing the out puts of new system, the following three steps should be performed on priority bases
                         I.      Review output of the present system.
II.      Specify the output requirement for the new system.
III.      Design the output for the new system.
The first step in the designing phase is deciding what is broadly required as output and to observe what is specifically provided. The out put required by the organization play vital role in system design. Therefore, before designing a system all outputs required must be clearly defined. The outputs are designed keeping in view the following aspects.
Purpose of the Output:
This means that what is actually required for the organization. What are the basic objectives of the output which organization needs?
Easy to Understand:
The reports, which we produce, are easy to understand. There are no complications in these reports. The fonts are easily readable and the organization will face no difficulty in managing these reports.
Provide Accurate Information:
The basic purpose of our output is to provide accurate information. All calculation gives the accurate result. In our output design, every report has heading, for tabular reports we give the section and column headings. Page numbering and previews are also available in our reports.
4.3 User Interface Design:
