ABSTRACT
NEEDS:
“Automation of PESCO Office Manshera” is designed and developed by Aqeel Ahmad, Shahazad Aamir, and Rizwan Zeb Khan. The main purpose of this software is to computerized the current manual system of PESCO Office Manshera.
OBJECTIVES:
The main purpose are to replace the manual record keeping system with a fully computerized system ,to reduce the time period required for keeping the data about the employees ,consumers.
Methods of Study:
Studying the existing system, gather the details information about the PESCO Office as also studied the record keeping maintain the reports of expanceses.Study of the flow of data and outlined the requirements of end-user.
Computer System:
Pentium IV is used for documentation, designing and coding purposes.
Tools Employed:
Tools employed include Visual Studio.Net 2003, C Sharp .Net, SQL Server
Concluding Remarks:
This project is selected as internships because of the steps involved in its analysis /system study and its Design /Development .These steps/phases are covered under the titles of System Analysis and Design and Modern Database Management System.
SUMMARY
Computer is playing a vital role in calculating and managing the every kind of problems in all organizations worldwide. Computer is being used in every sphere of life. Its uses are increasing day by day. It seams that after a few years life would useless without computer as well as internet. A system which utilize electronic means especially computer, is a computer-based system. As computer is one of the power full tools used in the present society and it has a strong impact on human lives. That is why the use of computer-based system is increasing day by day and is called computerization.
There is not even a single field that is beyond the grip of computer and internet is a great source of information. Given the rapid growth and success of public information sources on the World Wide Web, it is increasingly attractive to extract data from these sources and make it available for further processing by end users and application programs. Data extracted from Web sites can serve as the springboard for a variety of tasks, including information retrieval (e.g. business intelligence), event monitoring (news and stock market), and electronic commerce (shopping comparison).
The increase in the number of computer user has led to an increase in the ways computer systems are used. The application used in this thesis will eventually lead to an increased usage of computer-based system for keeping and maintaining data.
PREFACE
The report presents the detailed study, design and implementation phase of the project carried out for the Automaton PESCO Office Mamsehra.This development has gone through a series of sequential steps to its final form, which is explained by the chapters included in this report.
Chapter One Provides an introduction to the organization,
Problem and specifies the scope and objective of the project.
Chapter Two Presents the detail study of the existing System and its drawbacks.
Chapter Three Presents the objectives, proposal, main system diagram and main
Features of the proposed system.
Chapter Four It is about the design of the System, it includes Logical and physical Designs of the system. It also contains the details of design like flow, interface along with their working.
Chapter Five Describes the operational environment of the system.
Chapter Six Describes the testing of the PESCO Office Manshera System.
Chapter Seven Describes the feature extensions can be developed for the future
Requirements.
