This report responds to the requirement of the Department of Business Administration, Allama Iqbal Open University, and Islamabad for the award of degree of MBA-IT. This report reviews the studying of the systems and procedures of the studying of the systems and procedures of the NBP Mansehra and recommendation of Software for HR Department.
Process of review, Methodology:
Data for the recommendation comes from the investigations of the documentations and procedures used manually. I worked with the employees of the SRSP in order to analyze the problems and the requirements.
Problems:
Currently the SRSP used the manual system to support its HR Department. Hence there is a chance of error in the entry of data, searching of specific record is very difficult and its expense always exceeds from the budget provided by the Head office.
Time frame:
The program could be put into effect within two and a half months, after the acceptance of the recommendation.
